Canaan Ridge is a 1 bedroom (queen) with an additional loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. A sleeper sofa is available to sleep a total of 6 guests.

It is centrally located with easy access to Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Sevierville. All these locations are within a 7-10 miles. Not far to all the attractions but the privacy you are looking for.  

This property requires a $250 refundable security deposit that will be collected separately by the property.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
